“The directors have prepared forecasts for the period to March 2027 which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides and its financial resources, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. At the year end the Company had a cash balance of £6.7m and continues to maintain a similar holding which exceeds the expected underlying overhead for the next 12 months. The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will have sufficient liquidity to meet its commitments as and when the liabilities fall due for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
