“The Directors confirm that, having reviewed the Company's forecasts for 2026 and 2027, in addition to the consideration of the facilities available, they consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and meet its liabilities when they become due and in any case for a period of not less than 12 months from signing of these financial statements. These forecasts included any reasonable possible downturns and their impact on the operations and financial resources. Accordingly, the Directors are confident of the continuation of the Company's trading performance and profitability. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
