“The Company currently has £220M net assets, has access to the Dana Group's bank facilities and has received confirmation that Dana Petroleum Limited will provide support should it be required. The financial support is guaranteed for a period up to 31 December 2026. As a result, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and they have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting when preparing the annual financial statements.”
