“Ongoing effects of the rise in the cost of living and the recovery from the pandemic, continues to result in a very challenging and difficult fundraising environment. Accurate budgeting and forecasting have been imperative and will remain so along with the proper management of the organisation's finances and risks. With these measures in place, alongside a three-year Fundraising Strategy to the end of 2027 which concentrates on the diversification of income streams, the Trustees are confident that the Charity is in a position to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future and, therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on this basis.”
