“The directors have assessed the cash flow requirements for at least 12 months from date of approval of the financial statements which show that the company can pay its liabilitics as they fall duc. Cuprinol Limited is a non-trading company, and all liabilitics relate to group relief and there is no expectation that any further liabilitios will be incurred. The directors have an expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. The directors, thereforo, continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
