“The Company is trading profitably with a positive cash flow and a strong overall balance sheet. Given the Company operates within a group cash pool arrangement the directors have obtained a letter of support from the parent Company, HL Display AB, indicating that they will provide the financial and other support necessary for the Company to trade and meet its liabilities as and when they become due for a period of 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. After making due enquiries and considering the projections for the coming year the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. These considerations included the economic impact of material and overhead cost increases on the company. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
