The company encourages long term and short-term work experience assignments from local schools and from other Fuchs group companies throughout the globe. The company has undertaken energy saving initiatives as part of their wider environmental policy, a key project being the reduction in use of plastic containers and replacing them with a more recyclable and environmentally friendly alternative. This has now saved over 1,800 tonnes of plastic since commencement.”
