“The Directors have prepared Group cash flow projections for the period to 30 June 2027 based on latest forecasts that show that the Group will be able to operate within the Group current funding resources with significant headroom. The projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, indicate that the Group will operate within available facilities throughout the projection period and therefore, based on these projections, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The Directors, therefore, continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
