• “On 02 September 2025 the Group increased its existing £299.0m of term loan facilities by £11.0m to £310.0m and drew new term loan facilities of €170m. On 01 October 2025 the Group drew additional term loan facilities of £10.0m and €143.7m (the 'new term loan facilities'). At the same time the Group extended the maturity of its term loan facilities by three years to 2032 and increased its revolving credit facility from £45.0m to £85.0m. As at October 2025 the £85.0m revolving credit facility is undrawn. On 01 October 2025 the Group also took out €25.0m of loan notes with maturity in 2033 and refinanced its existing PIK facility to a euro facility commitment of €93.0m plus a GBP facility commitment of £70.0m. The maturity of both the €93.0m and £70.0m PIK facilities is 2033.”
