“The Directors are satisfied that the financial statements should be prepared under the going concern basis. The parent company, Lomo Topco Limited, has committed to providing financial support to the Company, to the extent required, for the period from the approval of the financial statements up to 31 December 2027, which is more than 12 months from the date of approvall of the financial statements. In relying on this support, the directors have satisfied themselves that the parent company has the means and ability to provide such support and in doing so have reviewed group cashflow forecasts, understood and challenged the key assumptions, reviewed sensitivity analysis including downside scenarios and held relevant discussions with group directors. In addition, the directors have understood all debt commitments of the parent company and are satisfied that all debt matures outside the going concern period considered. Having taken all these into account the Directors are confident that the Company can continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”

They are in negotiations to exit the lease and have therefore made a provision for £1,596,000 at year end which represents their best estimate for the likely costs of surrender/sub-letting, legal 'costs and expected losses to be incurred through to closing the restaurant.”
