“The directors consider the company to be a going concern based on a review of financial forecasts prepared for the period to June 2027, current cash and net asset levels. As part of this review, baseline and downside cases have been prepared to assess whether the business has sufficient cash headroom to continue trading. The directors also considered other factors such as the absence of any external debt and the significant cash reserves held by the business. The results of this review do not provide any negative indicators that would result in an inability to meet commitments as they fall due, and for this reason the directors have drawn up the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

• “On 27 March 2026, the Company completed an agreement to purchase 4,500 of its own Ordinary shares. The total consideration paid was £6,840,000. The transaction was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Shareholder approval had been duly given and the price for the shares was paid out of the Company's distributable reserves. The purchased shares are presently held by the Company as treasury shares. On 27 March 2026, amounts owed by related parties to the Company, totalling £6,464,817, were repaid.”
