“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. In preparing their assessment of going concern the directors have considered available cash resources, financial performance and forecast performance, along with the company's principal risks and uncertainties. The assessment of going concern has considered principal risks including the war in Ukraine and the impact of the current economic climate. The impact of these are considered to have possible and plausible negative impacts on the profitability of the company, however the company has mitigated these as far as possible and is still expected to remain profitable and cash generative for at least the next 12 months.”
