“The Company believes that no events or conditions give rise to doubt about the ability of the Company to continue in operation in the next reporting period. This conclusion is drawn based on the knowledge of the Company, the estimated economic outlook and identified risks and uncertainties in relation thereto. Furthermore, this conclusion is based on review of the current cash balance and expected developments in liquidity and capital. The Company has sufficient cash and headroom in its credit facilities. Therefore, it expects that it will be able to meet contractual and expected maturities and covenants. Consequently, it has been concluded that it is reasonable to apply the going-concern concept as the underlying assumption for the financial statements.”
