Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “Investment was undertaken during the year on new plant to enhance future quarry production and the fleet of vehicles for distribution at a total cost of £883,299. Rationalising the plant and fleet also resulted in disposals of £372,614, which generated a profit on disposal of £32,769.”
- “Swanworth quarry extension enabling works were completed in January 2025 with extraction and processing beginning in February 2025 signifying the beginning of a minimum 25-year quarrying and infill activities.”
- “Investment was agreed for new plant at Swanworth Quarry taking advantage of an £851,129 DESNZ grant awarded in autumn 2024. These works will progress and complete in 2025-26, radically improving the efficiency of the crushing and screening process and reducing fuel and electricity costs and associated carbon emissions.”
- “California Quarry has secured a planning extension to process stone until December 2028, this will allow the phased completion of extraction at the quarry as we develop plans for potential movement of sawing equipment and resources to Swanworth quarry.”
- “In the year the company has capitalised costs incurred of £1,706,394 in connection with access phase of the quarry extension area. This is in addition to the amount of £562,366, capitalised in previous years.”
