Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The Directors have reviewed the financial performance and position of the Company and have assessed the cash flow forecasts through to 31 May 2026 ("the going concern review period"). The company has strong net assets, is highly cash generative, and is profit making, as noted in the Strategic Report. The Company is in a net current asset position of £14,098,158 at 31 December 2024 (2023: £19,373,632) including cash reserves of £7,311,087 (2023: £11,093,761). In addition, the Company is part of a larger group and the Directors have received confirmation from the ultimate parent company of the Group (see note 21) that access to financial support would also be available during the going concern review period if required. The Directors are satisfied that, due to the robustness of its business, headroom in the cash flow forecast and, if required, the ability of the Company and Group to control its operating costs and capital expenditures the business would continue to have sufficient cash available even in the event of any reasonably possible downturn in Company or Group's operations. On the basis of their assessment, the Directors expect that the Company and the Group will be able to continue in operational existence for the period up to and including 31 May 2026, and hence continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
