Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Company meets it day to day working capital requirements from its profit and cashflow from its trading activities and intercompany balances with fellow group undertakings of the group headed by Belden Inc. which are repayable on demand. The Directors have reviewed the forecasts through the end of the subsequent financial year which show the Company has sufficient resources to discharge the liabilities when they fall due for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. Thus, the Directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
