“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At the balance sheet date the Company had a significant cash balance of £4.2m and a strong net current asset position of £4.2m. At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have considered future prospects on the going concern position and consider that the company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts with the current level of funding available to it. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
