The Directors are required to consider the going concern status of the business and accordingly, have prepared financial forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, taking into account anticipated economic and trading conditions. The forecasts and the sensitised scenarios indicate that, for the future, the business is expected to generate positive cash flows after inventory expenditure and capital expenditure, and to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors are satisfied that the company has sufficient resources to remain as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
