“In assessing going concern, the director has prepared trading and cashflow forecasts for at least 12 months from the date of this report. These forecasts take into account board approved anticipated developments within the group. The director has also performed sensitivities on these forecasts including severe but plausible downside scenarios. Taking all of the above into account, the director believes that the group's liquidity outlook is robust and strong and as a result believes that the company will continue as a going concern for the period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. Therefore, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
