• “2025 was another challenging year for the hospitality sector which experienced a notable increase in business closures amongst pubs and high-end restaurants. With interest rates remaining stubbornly high, confidence in the economic outlook remained low throughout the year. Despite this challenging environment, Home House has again proven resilient to difficult market conditions.”
• “This was a year of significant investment in Home House, with the Garden Bar being fully refitted in January and restoration work completed over the summer in the Drawing Rooms, the architectural and social heart of the Club. We also invested in a new permanent art collection in the House 19 stairwell and the Restaurant.”
