“The financial statements have been prepared under the going concern basis as the directors have undertaken a review of the future financing requirements for the ongoing operations of the Company and the wider Group including the Group support available to the Company and are satisfied that sufficient cash facilities are secured, in respect of positive cash inflows from operations, to meet its working capital requirement for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.
