Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Affirmed
“After making enquiries, including a review of forecasts, statement of comprehensive income and Balance Sheet, the board is satisfied the Company has sufficient financial resources to operate on an ongoing basis. These forecasts extend to December 2026, and have considered reasonable deteriorations in revenue, as well as unexpected cost increases. The Company also enjoys unequivocal group support. As a consequence, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
Significant events
- “Since Touchpoint, Inc. group assumed ownership of Parity Computers Limited in 2022, the company continues to benefit from the support that being part of a global network and larger group brings.”
- “Management made the difficult decision to reduce the workforce at the end of 2023, and so 2024 includes the full year impact of that cost reduction.”
- “The company has continued to invest in its IT systems & security and production facilities where required during the period to increase productivity and to support its growth plan.”
