In light of the ultimate parental support, the directors have a reasonable expectation, at the date of approving the financial statements, that the company will continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months, notwithstanding the fact that the company has net liabilities of £1,770,000 at 30 September 2025 (2024: £1,998,000). Accordingly, the Board continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing this report and financial statements.
