“The Company remains dependent upon continuing financial support from its parent company, Agri-King, Inc. After a year of profits leaving the company in a net liability position, the parent has confirmed it will continue to provide financial support for at least 12 months, and will not seek repayment of inter-company payables unless Agriking Limited has cash funds without jeopardising 3rd party creditors.”
