“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash at bank and in hand and short-term deposits. The current economic conditions continue to create uncertainty over the level of demand for the Company's service. The Company's forecasts and projects, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Company should be able to operate within the level of its current cash position. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the going concern assessment period to 30 September 2027. In addition, the directors have obtained a letter of support from Bao-Island Enterprises Limited, the ultimate holding company, confirming it will provide financial support to the Company, to the extent required, for the period to 30 September 2027. The directors have assessed the ability of Bao-Island Enterprises Limited to provide this support and have no concerns. The directors therefore believe the Company can continue as a going concern to 30 September 2027 and therefore they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
