“The Company meets its working capital requirements through its cash flows from operations or from continued support from the ultimate parent company, RCG. The Company has received formal confirmation from RCG that it will provide financial support as necessary to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, to ensure the Company is able to meet its obligations as they fall due. The directors of the Company have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
