Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The company has consistently traded profitably for the past 19 years, with operating profits exceeding £1.3m for the last 11 of those. This includes the covid period, where trading levels were regained within 11 months. Despite a challenging permanent market during FY25, operating profits were again maintained. Client retention remains strong and staffing levels, despite dropping in FY25, have been managed successfully and kept in line with turnover. The company's diversity over a range of market sectors continues to prove successful. The director therefore remains confident that any possible future impact of the conflicts will be minimal, and the company has the proven flexibility to trade under changing conditions were other issues to arise.”
Significant events
- “Upcoming legislative changes to workers' rights have been reviewed and these will see day 1 rights come into force for SSP, maternity and paternity pay. The director foresees this having minimal impact on direct costs as historically the company has paid relatively little SSP or maternity/paternity, and the changing legislation should only increase costs by approximately 20%.”
