Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements, having conducted a thorough assessment covering the 12-month period from the date of signing. Detailed cash flow forecasts have been prepared and sensitised across a range of material downside scenarios to ensure robustness. The directors are confident that, even under stressed conditions, the company will maintain sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations. With support from its bank, the company continues to trade with both a trade loan and invoice discounting facility in place. These facilities are secured into 2026 and provide a solid foundation to support ongoing growth. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “In the year ended 31 December 2025, sales reached £18,212k (2024: £14,373k), an increase of £3,839k, representing strong growth of 26.7%. This performance was driven by the full-year benefit of our successful expansion into the USA and Australia, which began partway through 2024, alongside increased sales volumes in the UK. These results demonstrate the momentum we have built in both new and existing markets.”
- “in a significant step to expand our international presence, 8th Wonder also had a showroom at the Los Angeles toy fair in September 2025.”
- “The company remains committed to operational efficiency and has already taken proactive steps to reduce costs, including the closure of all third-party storage facilities.”
