Material uncertainty over going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is dependent on the continued financial support of a parent company, Foundever Group SA, which has confirmed its intention to provide financial support for at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements (the "going concern assessment period"). This support is documented through a letter of support. The parent undertaking itself is dependent on the ongoing availability of its revolving credit facility ("RCF"), which is due to expire in August 2026 which is within the Company's going concern assessment period. The renewal of the RCF is not yet contractually agreed at the date of approval of these financial statements, however, is anticipated to be resolved no later than the end of the first half of 2026. The directors have considered the status of renewal discussions, current lender feedback and alternative funding options. However, until the refinancing is completed, the availability of the facility cannot be guaranteed. If the parent undertaking is unable to renew the RCF, it may be unable to support the Company and its other subsidiaries financially. In such a scenario, the Company may be unable to recover its intercompany balances. These circumstances indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would arise if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
