Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “2025 saw some big changes in the business; Ford vehicle sales continued to decline due to the narrow product line up and the over reliance of higher priced electric vehicles, which was misaligned to our local market. At the end of 2025 we made the strategic decision to withdraw from the sale of new Ford vehicles, but will retain the Ford after-sales, service, parts and warranty status moving forward into 2026. Our new partnership with Omoda Jaecoo that began in 2024 continued to grow exponentially and sales in the third quarter exceeded expectations. We took on an additional franchise Chery at our Driffield site at the end of October and initial sales have been very strong due to competitive pricing and an attractive product.”
