• “We have had significant legal costs during 2024. Industry action against HMRC and the legal classification of mobility scooters and import duties reached a peak during the year, reaching court and resulting in increased costs. The court ruling found in our favour yet again. Unfortunately, the ruling has been appealed by HMRC, simply dragging out resolution and cost. We believe the HMRC stance to be wrong and will continue to fight for what is right.”
