“In line with the Financial Reporting Council's guidance on going concern issued in April 2016, the directors have undertaken an exercise to review the appropriateness of the continued use of the going concern basis of preparation for the financial statements. The Company recorded a loss for the financial year of £1,627,374 and as at 31 December 2024 had net liabilities of £12,742,448. The Company is dependent upon RPI for ongoing financial and operational support. RPI has confirmed it can and will provide ongoing financial and operational support. The directors consider that having made the appropriate enquiries and having reviewed cash flow forecasts and related sensitivity analyses for RPI, in consideration of the underlying risks and uncertainties at the time of approving these financial statements, the Company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence throughout the going concern period until 7 October 2026. Therefore the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
