Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have reviewed the current economic and business environment and have prepared forecasts based on various financial projections and sensitivity models. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence to at least 31 December 2027 to which date the forecasts were prepared. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis on preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
Significant events
- “In 2025 turnover increased by 1.7%, and operating profit increased by 42.6%. The company invested in go-to-market activities which resulted in an increase of 3.9% in customer inventory, with a notably strong performance of new customer acquisition in Q4.”
- “2025 saw significantly less capital investment resulting in a tangible assets balance of £1,527k at the end of the year.”
- “In 2025 the company recorded an improvement of +12 points compared to 2024 (Employee Net Promoter Score).”
- “In 2025, the company implemented a series of initiatives to improve customer insight, including hosting on-site customer forums. The company improved its Trustpilot score further to a market-leading 4.8/5.0. However, the target Net Promoter Score was not reached owing to a number of unplanned service disruptions during the year. These included a complex migration to a new customer handling system as well as the earthquakes in the Philippines in the second half of the year which impacted call centre staffing.”
- “In 2025 as part of the wider group the company completed migration to a new data centre which is a leading example in the UK and beyond, of energy efficient and sustainable data centre design. The new site includes an extensive photovoltaics installation which will be able to generate around 10% of all electricity requirements when running at full capacity.”
