• “In September 2024, QTIL assumed responsibility for an intercompany loan note owed to Arriver Software AB by Qualcomm Auto Limited arising from the acquisition of Arriver Software AB's intellectual property and assets. In June 2025, Arriver Software AB assigned a tranche of this loan note to Qualcomm Technologies Sweden AB in settlement of a group contribution payable. The reassigned tranche had a principal amount of USD 1,388 million, inclusive of accrued interest as at the date of assignment. Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd. remains the borrower, with Qualcomm Technologies Sweden AB recognised as the creditor in respect of the reassigned tranche.”
