“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for a period of not less than 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. Following the reorganisation described in note 23, the directors have considered forecast rentals receivable and associated costs and consider that the company will have sufficient funds to meet liabilities as they fall due. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
