“The Directors continuously assess the impact on the changing economic conditions and minimise the risks to the business to ensure business continuity. The group has well established relationships with customers and suppliers. Internal financial forecasts and sensitivity analysis show that the group is expected to remain profitable, generate positive cash flows and meet all its liabilities as they fall due, demonstrating the ability to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Directors conclude that the group remains a going concern.”
