“At the balance sheet date, the company has both net assets and net current assets but generated a loss for the period. The company has the facilities in place to ensure that it can meet cashflow requirements as they fall due and the company has operated within the parameters of these facilities both during the period and since the period end. The directors continue to evaluate opportunities for growth and strategies for increasing the profitability of the company. For this reason the directors consider the company is a going concern.”
