“Management have prepared cashflows projections to 31 December 2026 and have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue providing its management services at a mark-up driven profit. Further, as per the parental support letter, TS Shipping Invest AS will provide financial support, if required, covering the period to 31 December 2026. Having reviewed the financial position and made suitable enquires, the directors are satisfied that the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. The financial statements have therefore been prepared under the going concern basis.”
