Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the financial year the Company experienced a 4.9% decrease in turnover. This reduction is mainly attributed to the delays in planning sign off on new sites that were due to commence early in the year, this delayed construction and the availability of units available for sale in the later months of the year.”
- “We faced challenges that impacted our gross margin, which decreased from 14.9% to 11.7%. This reduction was due to continued increase in material and labour costs, the implementation of new building regulation requirements, as well as delays in receiving necessary planning permissions.”
- “The average sales price of our properties reduced from £323,000 to £307,000, this reduction in average selling price can be attributed to a higher proportion of slightly smaller homes sold compared to the prior year.”
- “Although the company experienced a challenging year, prospects for the coming financial year are considered to be stronger with good progress and significant forward sales secured on existing sites.”
- “We have strengthened our management team, which has been pivotal in driving our growth and ensuring robust operational oversight.”
- “Our strategic focus remains on expanding our portfolio, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering high-quality energy efficient homes that meet market demands.”
