“The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. During the year the group made profits of £532,081 (2023: £494,626). At the year end the group had net current liabilities of £2,942,756 (2023: £3,965,440) and net assets of £594,400 (2023: £62,319). The group has the support of its parent company. Due to this support, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
