• “Challenging market conditions continued during 2024 with no perceived improvement in the Local Authority planning systems. We have a number of planning applications in various areas that are still in process 3 plus years following registration. On other matters, our secondary income from new homes sales has failed to deliver - we still have numerous built houses and apartments in the market without proceedable buyers. Whilst our overall performance has failed to produce acceptable income/profit, the business has been managed to mitigate losses and is now capable of returning to profit within the next financial period.”
