“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Given the company's continued market growth the directors have considered the company's ability to continue as a going concern. At the balance sheet date, the company had net assets of £2,042,690 (2023 - £3,005,563), with a net cash position of £281,506 (2023 - £48,224). Furthermore, the company has access to group cash pooling facilities which enables the company to manage its cashflows. Accordingly, the directors believe that it is appropriate that these financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
