“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company has entered into a group debenture against the balance of senior loans, related accrued interest and exit fee, arranged and managed by Shard Credit Partners within MAPD Ventures Ltd. At 31 May 2024, the potential added liability for the company under this debenture is £22,406,445 (2023 - £19,116,996). Shard Credit Partners have confirmed that they will continue to support the group until 31 August 2026. As a result of this support, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

However, with the support of the central MAPD People Team, the staff resource gap has been filled and, in fact, has been geared to deliver future growth.”
