Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The company suffered a very unfortunate and devastating fire at the office premises at Gallops Farm. There were plans to have the office and freezer store rebuilt and ready to go around April 2025. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we are still running operations out of temporary office containers and temporary freezer stores. The new completion date is set for around December 2025.”
- “The company has invested in some new catering outlets from China which have been turned into coffee outlets which gives good scope for increased income.”
- “The company has been granted planning permission for two extra warehouse sheds to be built as well as improvements to planning conditions on the business land. This not only offers very big scope for increasing business turnover with wholesale opportunities but will also help with storage/maintenance and the running of the catering sector of our own equipment.”
