“The directors have prepared forecasts for the Company for a period of 12 months after the date of signing which demonstrate that the company can continue to operate within its available financial resources. The Company continues to rely on strong, long-term relationships with its key work providers. Costs are being closely monitored and controlled and the company continues to trade profitably. On this basis at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
