Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we noted that the company was in a net liability position at the year-end and incurred a loss during the year. However, the directors have provided confirmation of group support for the loss-making companies in the group, and therefore, the company has been considered on a going concern basis. We have not identified any other material uncertainties related to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the year, all of the company's operating outlets except one were leased out to a third party.”
- “The company's objective is to achieve sustainable rates of growth and returns through a combination of organic growth and acquisition of new outlets.”
- “The outlook for 2026 is reasonably encouraging with the directors being optimistic that the current performance will be improved.”
