“As at 31 December 2024, the Company was in a net current liability position amounting to £12,758,000 (2023: £8,812,000) and a net liability position amounting to £35,902,000 (2023: £29,867,000). The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to meet its liabilities when they fall due. Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited, an intermediate parent company, has committed to provide funding in the event needed to ensure that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
