“Following hive up of the trade and assets of the Company to its parent Hays Travel Limited, the Company has subsequently only recognised accounting entries to finalise the Company's Corporation Tax position and other winding down activities. Following payment of a final dividend during the current accounting period; the Company is subsequently expected to be a dormant company. There are no immediate plans, however, to liquidate the Company and the Directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future, and at least for 12 months from approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors' have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
