“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This is based on a review of the company's financial forecasts, sales pipeline and expected future cash flows as well as efficiency gains created from the move to new premises this year. In addition to this, the parent company continues to offer continued financial support to the company should it be required. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
