“The directors consider the company to be a going concern based on several factors including continued support from Fitex International Trading Co. Limited who own 80% of the share capital. As part of this acquisition by Fitex International Trading Co. Limited in 2020, the owners have provided a new loan facility by way of support with continued and ongoing financial and operational support. The directors also place reliance on a letter of support received from Fitex International Trade Co. Limited, that confirms it will provide support to Heidi Klein Limited for a period of 12 months from the signing of these documents. Whilst the letter of support is not legally binding, which has been taken into consideration, the directors have satisfied themselves of both the willingness and ability of Fitex International Trade Co. Limited to provide such support as may be necessary in the worst-case downside scenarios, in order for the Company to fulfil its obligations to creditors and lenders as they fall due. On this basis the directors have concluded that the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”
